Our Story
Northen Utah's Custom Home Builder

The story of Homestead Build Co. begins long before our first hammer swung.
James Woolstenhulme, a pioneer from Lancashire, England, arrived in this valley in 1865, He helped build the early fort in the valley and later established a sawmill and homestead there. Generations later, his descendant and our founder carries on that same spirit, raising homes for the community he grew up in, guided by the same values of grit, family, and respect for the land.
